Lara’s 20+ year professional journey has taken her from Hawaii to Tampa and Chicago as a job coach for adults with mental challenges, a Management Training Coordinator for a large retail company and business owner and Life Coach. The common thread in her professional experience has been coaching, training and motivation. Being a Life Coach she has been able to leverage her psychology and training background and her passion for helping others discover and experience their full potential.

Grew up in suburb of Chicago, have lived in some other cool places but came back home to Chicago and loves it. My people include my husband Brad (bravest person I know), my son Max (my biggest inspiration) and my Chesapeake Bay retriever, Jesse (she’s quirky, but endearing). My absolute must haves are running, strong coffee, time with family, good/loud music, alone time and a periodic Netflix binge.

I would describe my coaching style as a fierce supporter/protecter of your best self. Have the ability to “see” the real person versus just what they present and engage in honest conversation with embracing compassion, unapologetic directness and humor.
