Don’t think for one second that
I am expert and will be telling you what to do or will be solving your problems.
I don’t have to be the expert or fixer…because YOU are.
You are already equipped. What I AM skilled in is asking the right questions and giving you relevant tools to challenge the way you see yourself, situations and others.
Coaching is about discovery, awareness and choice.
In a one-on-one setting, I typically see private clients twice a month for 50-60 minutes via Zoom, phone or in-person. Frequency is adjusted to meet the needs of the client. In order for the concepts and tools used to benefit the client, I request a minimum of a 3 month commitment. Individual coaching allows for there to be a focus around the specific needs and goals of the client.
Group coaching is an interactive, insightful and powerful setting for families, athletic teams, student and women groups around a variety of topics. Coaching tools used are tailored to the needs of the group and allows for a variety of perspectives. Group work leverages learning through shared experiences.
Spark coaching is something I started with individuals that wanted an introduction to coaching relationship and to experience the benefits without a long term commitment. Spark coaching is also for those that are feeling good about where they’re at but feel stuck around a decision, relationship or direction and just need some perspective and insight. It includes a total of 4 session. The first being 2 hours and the remaining 3 being 90 minutes.
EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING (EAL)
Equine Assisted Learning is an opportunity for individuals or groups to partner with horses to facilitate the learning and growth process. Working with horses keen senses and intelligence in learning to overcome challenges, strengthen leadership or maneuvering a personal challenge is by far the most inspiring and powerful work I have done.
Experiential means that clients/groups learn by DOING and that the horse is the facilitator. Horses have the ability to reflect back to us exactly what we need to improve as leaders, communicators and teams.
